The AT-2701FX/ST-001 from Allied Telesis
Allied Telesis' AT-2700 series of PCI Fast Ethernet adapters include dedicated copper and fiber versions, as well as a combination copper/fiber card for mixed cabling environments. AT-2700FX series is for fiber only networks requiring a high-performance Fast Ethernet card. Allied Telesis PCI bus adapter cards are designed to get the maximum performance from your PC. By off-loading almost all of the Fast Ethernet networking functions to the adapter card, the CPU in a computer is free to run applications faster. The card also operates in both full and half-duplex modes, allowing the user to double the performance of the network. The AT-2700 series of Fast Ethernet network adapter cards support Microsoft's latest standards, including ACPI, OnNow power management and DMI network management functions. AT-Setup, Allied Telesis' user friendly installation utility, simplifies installation under Windows 98, ME, 2000 and XP.
