The AT-CV1203-30 from Allied Telesis

The AT-CV1203, 2 Slot, metal chassis is designed to house the range of Converteon media blades. It can be installed with up to either one or two single width blades, or one double width blade. For flexible deployment, the AT-CV1203 chassis can be installed on a desktop by adding four rubber feet. It can also be wall-mounted, or mounted under the desk with the optional AT-CVMNT wall-mount bracket.
