JBO Solutions is pleased to announce it's new affordable home computer repair, computer help, computer lessons & computer advice service. If you use a computer in one of our areas and need your PC repaired or just some PC help, PC support or PC assistance then why not try our computer repair service with our 'No Fix - No Fee' policy

Whether you need computer assistance in setting up a wireless networks, troubleshooting PC problems, installing new PC hardware / PC software, have a general computer fault or just need some friendly one on one computer training then our local PC repair service may well be the answer.

Our charges are very simple. If we think we can help with your particular computer problem we will visit your home for £30 + VAT. This includes all our travelling costs and up to one hour attending to your computer at your property. If the PC problem or computer issue you are having is estimated to require more time than the hour then we will give you a fixed quotation for the work. Additional computer work is charged at £20 + VAT per hour however, most issues will be resolved within the first hour. Should you choose not to acccept our quotation then there will be no charge.

We now are extending our range to the Bournemouth area at an additional charge of £5, making our callout including one hour £35 + VAT. Areas covered include Wallisdown, Kinson, Winton, Talbot Woods, Charminster & Boscombe.

Areas outside of this may be chargeable at a slightly higher callout rate. You will informed of this before any appointment is made
