Shipping

Please be advised we currently only ship to the UK

We now offer three choices of shipping which are:

Standard delivery at 2-5 working days at a flat rate of £4.95
A flat rate of £9.50 for next working day delivery for orders placed before 1pm

This covers any quantities within reason.

Please Note: For your own security, If you are placing your first order with JBO Solutions, we can only despatch to your billing address unless prior agreement has been made.

Returns

All our products come with a full manufacturers warranty. In the unlikely event that you need to return a product, please contact us at sales@jbosolutions.co.uk for information on what to do.

Non-Defective Products - Factory Sealed
Firstly contact us for full instructions. The product must be returned to us unused and factory sealed within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Customers will have to be responsible for return shipping costs. Restocking fees may apply at the discretion of the management.

Defective Products
Firstly contact us for full instructions. We must be alerted to the problem within 24 hours of it occurring. Before you return the product we must be informed of the nature of the problem.

If you request a direct replacement, please allow up to 3 weeks before you receive your goods.

Individual products found not to be defective will incur a £15 handling charge and will be returned to the customer at their own cost

All physically damaged items will be rejected and returned to the customer at their cost.

We will try to be as accommodating as possible when it comes to returns so please contact us for advice before anything else.
