Shipping Please be advised we currently only ship to the UK
All shipments are sent via courier and will require a signature on receipt for maximum security.
We now offer two choices of shipping which are:
- Standard delivery at 2-5 working days at a flat rate of £5.99
- A flat rate of £9.99 for next working day delivery for orders placed before 1:30pm
Please note that a working day does not include Saturdays or public holidays. Any orders placed on these days will be processed the following working day.
We currently use DHL for most of our deliveries and a signature will be reuired. Should you not be present, a card will be left and a delivery reattempted the next working day. You can call the number on the card to arange a more suitable day or a collection for your local branch.
This covers any quantities within reason.
Please Note: For your own security, for those cards that do not support 3D-secure (Verified by Visa, MasterCard Securecode) we can only despatch to your billing address unless prior agreement has been made.
Returns
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, consumers have a right to cancel their order within 7 days of receipt of any goods. Postage charges for the return of non defective items will be paid by the customer and JBO Solutions must receive the goods back in good condition. If you do wish to cancel the order then we will need to be informed by fax, email or in writing within the 7 day period.
All our products come with a full manufacturers warranty. In the unlikely event that you need to return a product, please contact us at sales@jbosolutions.co.uk for information on what to do.
Non-Defective Products - Factory Sealed
Firstly contact us for full instructions. The product must be returned to us unused and factory sealed within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.
Customers will have to be responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective Products
Firstly contact us for full instructions. We must be alerted to the problem within 24 hours of it occurring. Before you return the product we must be informed of the nature of the problem.
If you request a direct replacement, please allow up to 3 weeks before you receive your goods.
Individual products found not to be defective will incur a £15 handling charge and will be returned to the customer at their own cost
All physically damaged items will be rejected and returned to the customer at their cost.
We will try to be as accommodating as possible when it comes to returns so please contact us for advice before anything else.
